Mistakes can happen, so let us know how we can fix it
Submit an order mistake form letting us know if there are mistakes in your order, and we will get back to you as soon as possible
In order to qualify for a partial refund or replacement batch, you must provide proof that at least 25% of your order is defective and a pratial refund or replacement batch will be shipped out comprable to the percentage of defective stickers. We will not provide a refund for a small quanitity of defective stickers.

incorrect colors
when printing some of the colors may shift slightly, especially when sent in the wrong color profiles*. However if your order comes with noticable color changes in the same set of stickers or compeltely different from the design sent out, please contact us
Lamimation errors
notice any mistakes with the uv laminations such as excessive bubbles or wrinkles? Is the lamination unsticking from the sticker? contact us to let us know.
Non adhesive stickers
if your stickers are arriving and are either non adhesive or with very weak adhesive, contact us to let us know
This is only applicable if stickers are not sticking to clean flat surfaces and not materials or locations that are unsutable for adhesive stickers
incorrect cut out
ARe your stickers cut out in the wrong shape? or the design is getting cut out? are you unable to remove the sticker due to the sticker not being cut? if so please contact us.
