MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FILE IS IN HIGH QUALITY BEFORE SENDING IT TO US. AND THAT YOUR IMAGE OR DESIGN IS TO SIZE IF NOT BIGGER. THIS WILL GARANTEE THAT YOUR PRINTED STICKERS WILL COME NICE ANd SHARP INSTEAD OF PIXELATED OR BLURRY.
keep your design within the
size/shape that your ordering
UNDERSTAND THE SIZE AND SHAPE THAT YOU’RE ORDERING. SO DON’T SEND A HUGE ROUND DESIGN, FOR A 2 INCH SQUARE DESIGN. THIS WILL GARANTEE THAT THERE ARE NO HIC-UPS OR DELAYS WITH YOUR ORDER.

TO FACILTATE your order, please upload yourfile in .PNG .PDF or .JPEG Most design programs can export in these formats, as uploading in a different format may cause issues or simply not work with our system/tools
make or convert your designs to CMYK for color Accuracy
WHILE WE CAN WORK WITH FILES IN RBG FORMAT, UNDERSTAND THAT PRINTERS PRINT WITH CMYK FORMAT, THEREFORE IF COLOR ACCURACY IS IMPORTANT,PLEASE COVERT/DESIGN YOUR FILE TO BE IN CMYK OR with PANTONE COLOR codes!

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes we do! If the options in our store, be it in shape, size, or quantity, do not fit your needs. You are able to contact us via our email, Sales@ez-stickers.com with your design and specifications. And we will get back to you with a custom price quote to make your order possible!

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

We normally have a turn around time of 2-3 days (not counting holidays or weekends), sometimes less on orders of 200 stickers. But this can vary a lot depending on amount of orders or shipping delays. However we will always try to keep you updated if there are any delays with your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Currently we only ship within the USA, so for most orders you can expect a 2-3 day shipping time. with some packages taking up to 5 days in more rural areas. Every order has their tracking number sent out so you may also see when your stickers are due to arrive!

THERE IS AN ERROR ON MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?

We stive to provide quantity stickers. If for some reason your stickers have issues with separating lamination or incorrect cut out/shape. you may contact us to get it fixed with our email at Support@Ez-stickers.com. We will need your order number along with images showing what's wrong with the order. We are not responsible for errors in the uploaded design such as typos or wrong colors.

what happens if the file i upload isn’t useable?

If the file you upload isn't usable, whether it be because it's in the wrong format or size or the quanlity will not be good. We will contact you via email to let you know we can not print your stickers with the reason why as well as to please send us the design again with the corrections made. If we do not hear back after various attempts the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued
